DESIGNER BACKGROUND
KHA|SOE is founded by two best friends, Kharisma Bibitani and Caroline Soerachmat. The brand name KHA|SOE came from their respectable names.
Caroline Soerachmat was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. After completing her bachelor’s degree in mass communication in the United States, Caroline had worked in the broadcasting industry for over 20 years. Her experience in broadcasting industry, from international journalist in Voice of America, Washington D.C, Sportscaster in Fox Sports Asia, Singapore to multiple programs and networks in Indonesia, has greatly expanded her knowledge and understanding of different cultures around the world. Since 2020, Caroline has also established a brand under the name CS (abbreviation of Caroline Soerachmat), a modest fashion brand that creates easy-to-use products to ease customers in their worship and daily activities. Currently residing in Jakarta, Indonesia, she is a mother of three children and currently works as a news anchor for sea today news, the first english network in the country.
Kharisma Bibitani was born in Jakarta,

Graduated from master's degree in business management, Kharisma designed a men's clothing brand called "Mousseux" since 2014. In addition, she also created "Sigga Active Wear" ready to wear sports clothing in 2021. She recently completed her degree in pastry chef from “Le Cordon Bleu” and expanded her business to include the culinary industry. In the heart of paris, her restaurant “Le Nusa” is a successful venture in Indonesian cuisine. Along with her studies at the university of Indonesia, where she majored in social welfare, she actively contributed as a Philanthropist. She founded the social organization “pandaya.id” with a specific focus on empowering women in Indonesia.
